May contain means it is not an ingredient, but traces can be present because everything is baked in the same kitchen.

The allergens

Where each one comes from in our baking.

01Chocolate

Chocolate is not a listed allergen on its own, but it is a common route to several. Milk chocolate and white chocolate both contain milk. Most chocolate contains soya lecithin. Chocolate is often made on equipment that also handles nuts, especially hazelnuts. Dark chocolate is not automatically free from milk.

Found in Triple Chocolate Chunk, White Chocolate Chunk, S’Mores, Classic Chocolate Chunk, Pistachio Matcha, Reverse Cookies & Cream

02Nuts

Tree nuts include almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios and macadamias. Peanuts are a legume but are a separate major allergen. Our Pistachio Matcha Made In Heaven cookie contains pistachio. Every other cookie is baked in the same kitchen, so traces of nuts may be present.

Found in Pistachio Matcha Made In Heaven, and as possible traces in all other cookies

03Soya

Soya is used as an emulsifier (soya lecithin, E322) in most chocolate and chocolate chips. It can also appear in baking fats and in bought-in biscuit pieces.

Found in Chocolate, cookie pieces in Reverse Cookies & Cream

04Milk

We bake with butter, so every cookie contains milk. Milk chocolate and white chocolate add more. Our cookies are not suitable for people with a milk allergy, a lactose intolerance or a vegan diet.

Found in Butter, milk chocolate, white chocolate

05Wheat

Our doughs are made with wheat flour, so every cookie contains wheat and gluten. Gluten is also found in barley, rye and oats, and biscuit pieces can include more than one of these.

Found in Flour in every cookie, biscuit pieces, S’Mores base

06Eggs

Eggs are used in our cookie doughs. Some bought-in extras, such as marshmallow, can also contain egg.
